WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH US
Once you have contacted us, we’ll connect over a Studio Visit, Online Call or Email.
During the Project Discussion, we’ll make sure to go over all possible details of your project and provide you with a Cost Estimate to start with.
Proofing is optional, but highly recommended for all print projects. Let prints be predictable.
All scan projects will receive a preview file to review before final file delivery.
Once details are finalized, let us do what we do best and we’ll check in with updates accordingly.
All projects are due in full upon release. Larger projects require a 50% deposit to start.
All invoices are sent via QuickBooks, payable online via:
Invoices greater than $1,000 are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Prints can get picked up in person, via courier, or we can ship them to any worldwide destination you need.
Original artwork we have scanned can get picked up in person, via courier, or shipping may be arranged upon special request.
All open invoices must be settled before they leave our studio.
